EZ Mil kemudian kembali muncul dalam album Eminem, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce), melalui lagu Head Honcho pada 2024.

(Heh, okay) This shit is starting to really annoy mе
The fact that I might have to sit here and tell you how you can never destroy me
Well, sonning other little dropouts is unfortunately one of those things I've enjoyed, see
So proceed, how are you gonna "little boy" me? Huh? Haha
You're all asleep in this reality
Blind sheep staying meek within this burning world where there's only bludgeoning putridity
Hope is just a word for those who choose to give up daily

For love is war; peace clings to just a maybe
Power chose me, for I once loved those who hate me
Blood spilled by those I care about greatly
But all you whose left shall now obey me
Now, you all do as I say
I am not anti-gay, but I'm not gonna dance my way
'Round your little pussy-ass feelings (Feelings)
And I may rant like Ye, fuck it, man, what else can I say?

Got 'em flippin' over EZ like a pan-fried egg
But to have my rage at my age
I'd give my left genital to be in the middle of beef, considerably
I get underneath their skin, I'ma keep at least givin' 'em grief
Got 'em wishin' I'd leave so they could just get 'em a little relief
They want me to leave so bad, I feel like a literal leaf (Haha)

But this devious combined with a devilish intelligence of mine
Just confirms my theory as to why (Yeah)
A wicked scientist aligns with a twisted mind
(Now) keep this in mind, 'cause this a rhyme you're gonna wanna just rewind
A countless amount or thousands of times (Why?)
'Cause similar to spina bifida, which is a particular type of curvature of
A twisted vertebra, like Christopher, I would like us just to pre-tend this a spine

So don't get it twisted, you're not gonna wanna miss a line (Ha)
Like a blind dentist applying a misdesigned set of new Invisalign's (Check it out)
Sometimes, I ponder, like, how on earth when my hair got blonder
Did it launch your boy into super-stardom across genres?
Word to my "Dead Wrong" verse, I got big

Now, my face is on merch, but the controversy that first spawned verse went beyond words
Need a stronger word to be conjured besides "monger," but the more I got on nerves
I was honored, and the fonder they grew wronger, I was longer
They went along for, conquered all the way from Chalmers
I'm blessed, and I'm cursed for the commerce
From that point onwards was bonkers
Look at all the sponsors and responders

People at my concerts like songbirds
Singin' all the words to Monster 'til their jaws hurt (Yeah)
I had to grind ground up (Like what?), like a fine powder (Yeah)
Technically, actually had to bully my way
So many non-believers fuelling my rage that I truly never really believed I'd make it, let alone believed in fully by Dre
So when he said he was putting me on (What?), I thought he was pulling my leg

Ironic, I found the Doc, then I got sicker, like I fell ill
Unwell, eat 'em up, L, chill, you can tell still
Out of all the rappers I've slain who have come at me, I never felt guilt
'Cause it wasn't murder, just suicide, 'cause really, they all got themselves killed
Word to Ezekiel, they were just easy kills
And he's like a sleeping pill, 'cause Zeke will
Put you to sleep like he's ZzzQuil

With these three little words (Kill 'em all), indeed, we will
Leave all these MC's bewildered, they callin' me Steve Spielberg
'Cause I'm gonna need a whole lot of Emmys for
All these bodies I put in these morgues, I belong in a Henry Ford
Sicker than before, like that actress, they will just condemn me more
I said way too many horrible things to forgive me for
